Lyndsay’s expertise in educational and administrative leadership has driven her to create nurturing environments where young individuals can thrive and transform. Her passion for education and her commitment to restorative practices fuel our initiatives that profoundly impact our community.
Jonathan's Story
Jonathan found himself at a critical juncture in his life, facing choices that could lead him down a dangerous path. Recognizing his struggles and potential, Lyndsay introduced him to two local police officers involved in the early mentoring initiatives that would become CARES. These mentors helped Jonathan apply for jobs and college, navigate everyday challenges, and provided support both on and off the athletic field. Their comprehensive mentorship not only helped him turn his life around but also inspired the formal creation of CARES. This organization is now dedicated to guiding more young individuals like Jonathan toward a path of resilience and positive transformation.
Together, we are a team committed to creating opportunities for growth, learning, and restorative experiences. At CARES, we believe in the power of community to uplift and transform, making lasting impacts one individual at a time.
